BRS demands disqualification of Bandi Sanjay

By Newsmeter Network Published on 5 April 2023 12:57 PM GMTTelangana: Bharat Rashtra Samithi leaders have asked Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla to take immediate action and disqualify Karimnagar member of Parliament Bandi Sanjay Kumar following his arrest in connection with the 10th class exam paper leak.
Bandi Sanjay is also the President of the Telangana unit. He was arrested by the police in Karimnagar after midnight. Being a holiday, courts are closed today and he will be produced before the residence of the Judicial Magistrate.

State Finance Minister T Harish Rao described Bandi Sanjay as the mastermind behind the leakage of the Hindi question paper of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC), alleging that he had been caught red-handed. āBandi Sanjay has been playing with the future of children. BJPās politics touched a new low. They can fall to any level for political gains,ā Harish Rao said.
The minister also claimed that Prashanth, who was arrested for a question paper leak in Warangal on Tuesday, was a BJP worker who had sent the paper to Bandi Sanjay while the examination was still on. āThis was a conspiracy to defame the BRS government, but he has been caught red-handed,ā said the minister.
Minister for urban development and information technology, K T Rama Rao alleged that BJP leaders were playing with the lives of innocent students and the unemployed by leaking question papers for their selfish politics. KTR in his tweet, tweeted that if a madman has a stone in his hand, there is a danger to passersby but if a party is in the hands of the same madman, it is a danger to democracy.
Telangana State Ministers Accuse BJP Leaders
BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Minister Gangula Kamalakar accused the BJP of conspiring to discredit the state government and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, saying that recent leaks had gone viral on social media through BJP-related groups within seconds. Kamalakar also criticized BJP president Bandi Sanjay for not immediately informing the police about the leaked question papers.
State Power Minister Guntakandla Jagadish Reddy accused the BJP of being involved in a conspiracy behind the series of recent leaks of question papers in the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC), stating that Sanjay should be suspended from the party for his actions.
Transport Minister Puvwada Ajay called for strict action against BJP leaders involved in alleged election conspiracies, urging the Lok Sabha Speaker to take immediate action against Sanjay and for Rahul's membership to be reviewed with urgency.
Sandra Venkata Veeraiah alleged that BJP leaders are involved in a satanic conspiracy and called for scrutiny of the party's involvement in the alleged conspiracy. Tatha Madhu called for the disqualification of MP Bandi Sanjay and demanded an apology from the BJP to the people of Telangana.
Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar alleged that the recent paper leaks in Telangana are part of a conspiracy by the top leadership of the BJP to undermine the state government, citing evidence linking the man who leaked the paper to BJP leaders, including a WhatsApp message accusing Sanjay. The minister urged students and parents to be alert to the BJP's harmful actions and to prepare themselves for the consequences of such acts.
