BRS MLA Poaching Case: 'Any order against our order will be in Supreme Court only'
The order passed by the Chief Justice Bench is final and the Single Judge cannot invoke his jurisdiction and again hear any plea in this case.

Vijaysen Reddy to hear the Interim Application filed by the State, wherein the State requested the Single Judge to Stay his order dated 26-12-2022, handing over investigation into BRS MsLA Poachgate to CBI.
When AG made a request, Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan said " Single Judge has passed Orders on 26-12-2022 and against that order, the State preferred Appeals before this Division Bench and this Court DISMISSED all appeals as not maintainable on 6-2-2023."
The order passed by the Chief Justice Bench is final and the Single Judge cannot invoke his jurisdiction and again hear any plea in this case.

BRS MLA Poaching case
On Tuesday, the Telangana State Government has approached the Supreme Court in the BRS MLAs POACHGATE CASE.
On 26-12-2022 the Telangana High Court Single Bench gave its orders to transfer the Poaching Case to CBI.
The State Government appealed the Single Bench Order in the High Court division bench, where the division bench on 6-2-2023 dismissed the State Governments writ appeal.
Supreme Court Senior Counsel Dushyant Dave submitted before the CJI Chandrachud's bench to immediately hear the petition from the Telangana State Government.
Further, Mr Dushyant Dave expresses concern that all evidence will be destroyed if a CBI probe commences.
The CJI directed Dushyant Dave to bring it before the Court on Wednesday.
