CM Revanth: Congress plans Mega Master Plan 2050 for Telangana’s development

Hyderabad: Speaking at the inauguration of the Telangana State Fire Services headquarters building at Nanakramguda on Sunday, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy announced the State Government’s plan to introduce a mega master plan for Telangana’s development.

Speaking about the importance of emergency services in saving lives, the chief minister said, “The Fire Services wing is the first one to respond when a mishap occurs. Firefighters are always ready to protect others by putting their lives at risk.”

“Hyderabad has been developing fast for the last 30 years irrespective of the political developments. It is a city that is competing with the world and is ideal for investments. The city will attract huge investments only when law and order is maintained,” he said.

“Apart from continuing the decisions taken by the previous government, we will take some more steps for the development of Hyderabad and take the city to a higher level,” he added.

Focus on all-around development

The CM announced the State Government’s plan to introduce a ‘Mega Master Plan 2050’ soon to usher in development in urban, semi-urban and rural areas.

“We will set up a city with health, sports and pollution-free industries on a sprawling 25,000 acres near the Outer Ring Road (ORR). Metro services will be expanded in tune with the requirements of people,” CM Revanth said.

“The government will set up Pharma Villages and not Pharma Cities,” he said and added that the government has a clear policy on development.
