Cottages to priest quarters: KCR allots 2157 acres of land for Yadadri development

KCR announced during his visit to Yadadri Sri Laksmi Narasimhaswamy temple on Friday.
KCR directed the officials to take necessary measures to ensure the constructions related to the Yadadri temple are magnificent. He instructed Special Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao to release Rs.43 crore for the development of Yadadri immediately. KCR said the Revenue department will hand over 2157 acres of land to YTDA.
Chief Minister suggested that this land should be used for the temple, police department, fire station, health, transportation, parking, and ancillary services related to the development of Yadadri.
He ordered the officials to allocate houses for temple priests and the staff. Chief Minister instructed the District Collector to allocate land for reporters outside the YTDA area and distribute title certificates among them.
He said the construction of cottages in Yadadri temple town and other areas should reflect the glory of the temple. He advised the officials to immediately take 80G permits related to income tax exemption for the donations offered to the construction of cottages.
KCR said the Yadadri neighborhood should be developed according to plan. He said construction of helipads should also be undertaken. Considering the grandeur of the Yadadri temple, the authorities have been asked to permit private constructions within the YTDA limits only after careful inspection.
Chief Minister ordered the development of 'Nrisimha Abhayaranyam' (thick forest) over 100 acres of land within the YTDA limits. He asked officials to ensure the availability of flowers and leaves for the prayers.
KCR said a magnificent Kalyana Mandapam ' Ammavaru' will be constructed on 50 acres. Chief Minister instructed officials to develop a drainage system to avoid water stagnation on Ring Road and the temple.
He suggested that all measures should be taken to ensure the devotees coming to the temple do not face any hassles. All precautions should be taken in the construction of Dikshaparula Mandapam, Vrata Mantapam, RTC Bus station, and stormwater drains.
Chief Minister said 250 cottages should be built and the area should be divided into four parts. He said it should reflect spiritual designs. "They should be named after Prahlada, Yada Maharshi, etc," he said.
KCR asked the officials to ensure the temple's income and expenditure auditing system is highly transparent. He said steps should be taken to save funds for the maintenance of the temple. Chief Minister said that a meeting hall, stage, and screen should be set up like a mini Shilparamam.
After reaching the temple, KCR and his family were welcomed by the temple priests with Purnakumbha. On this occasion, the Chief Minister and his wife participated in a special puja of Laksmi Narasimha Swamy. On behalf of KCR's family, their Grandson Himanshu presented silk clothes to Lord Narasimha Swamy. The temple priests blessed the couple and family members and gave 'theertha prasadams'.
CM KCR presented a cheque for One kg Gold
On this occasion, KCR's grandson K Himanshu Rao presented a cheque for Rs.52.48 lakh for 1 kg 16 talas of gold to the state Endowment Minister A Indrakaran Reddy and the temple authorities. . KCR had announced the gold coating of the Gopuram of the temple.
MLA A Jeevan Reddy presented a cheque of Rs. 50.15 lakh for 1 kg of gold for gold plating of Yadadri temple Gopuram. TRS state leader Vemreddy Narsimhareddy handed over a cheque for Rs 51 lakh for 1 kg of gold. A Dayananda Reddy also handed over Rs 50. 4 lakh to the authorities for 1 kg of gold. After the puja program, KCR visited the Yadadri temple premises and made several suggestions on the construction.
