Telangana HC issues notice to government over plea seeking to suspend GO 8

Under the GO, the guidelines shall be framed in consultation with the public representatives and officials to select the beneficiaries without favoritism or nepotism. The government shall select 1100 Schedule Caste families from each assembly constituency to provide financial assistance of Rs.ten lakh each.
