Hyderabad: 'I Am a Troll: Inside the Secret World of the BJP's Digital Army' a book by Journalist Swati Chaturvedi was the focal point of Telangana's Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao press conference on Sunday.

The Chief Minister distributed 'I Am a Troll: Inside the Secret World of the BJP's Digital Army' to the journalist present at the meeting to point out how the Bhartiya Janata Party IT cell has flourished on social media where they troll the critics of the government day and night.

He said that there was a discussion at Harvard University over the topic and the book. "The country's image has gone to ruins across the world because of BJP's propaganda," said KCR.

The CM also handed out "Price of the Modi Years" by Aakar Patel upon which he made comments about the discussion upon how the BJP government in the center question how they have handled the Indian Economy.

Apart from books, he also played a video where Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address in the United States of America has praised former US President Donald Trump in the Howdy Modi rally.

KCR said that it was a diplomatic blunder and made laughing stock among other nations where the prime minister sort of politically campaigned for Donald Trump by saying 'Abki Baar Trump Sarkar'. "See, what happened. Trump had lost the election and India doesn't have the face to enter the White House now," said KCR.

KCR said that the Army, and not BJP, should be credited for carrying out surgical strikes in Pakistan in response to the Uri attack in 2016.

"BJP wants to use surgical strikes for political gains. We will definitely question that. The Army should get credit for the strikes, not BJP. Look at the mentality of these people. General Bipin Rawat was the pride of the country. India conducted the surgical strike in Pakistan under his leadership. Rahul Gandhi demanded proof of the strike. Did we ever ask you for proof of whether you are Rajiv Gandhi's son or not? What right do you have to demand proof from my Army?"

KCR also said that there is nothing wrong with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi asking for proof for the surgical strikes and he will ask the same as well. "Everybody thinks that the BJP is using the surgical strikes for political mileage. We all have doubts. There is nothing wrong in that," he added.

He also alleged that the Modi government had indulged in corruption running into thousands of crores in the purchase of Rafael fight jets from France. "Indonesia brought the same Rafael jets from the same country at a much lesser price. I will expose the Modi government's corruption in Delhi," he asserted.

KCR called the Centre's vision to make India a USD 5 trillion economy by 2025 "false propaganda". "One clerk can make India a USD 5 trillion economy, PM, FM is not required. It's a hard fact," he said.

"There is nothing great about making Indian economy worth USD 5 trillion by 2025. What is the extra effort you are putting in? Nothing. If you've innovative skills, please do something like China and Singapore. That is something great, not USD 5 trillion economy," he added.

KCR also asked the Centre to take inspiration from former Chinese supreme leader Deng Xiaoping to take the country on the path of development.
