IMD predicts rain for Telangana on 28, 29 Dec
The Indian Meteorological Department on Saturday predicted light to moderate rain or thundershowers in isolated places in Telangana on 28 and 29 December. It said dry weather is likely to prevail in Telangana during the next three days.

Hyderabad: The Indian Meteorological Department on Saturday predicted light to moderate rain or thundershowers in isolated places in Telangana on 28 and 29 December. It said dry weather is likely to prevail in Telangana during the next three days.
The state recorded the lowest temperature of 9.5°Celsius in Medak while Hyderabad recorded 15.3°Celsius on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday.
According to Telangana State Development Planning Society, a gradual rise in minimum temperatures by 2-4°C is expected in most of the districts of the state during the next three days. Minimum temperatures are expected to be in the range of 14 to 17°C while the maximum temperatures will be in the range of 27 to 30°C.
In the GHMC area, minimum temperatures are expected to be in the range of 15 to 17°C while the maximum temperatures to be in the range of 28 to 30°C.
Meanwhile, the state's average cumulative rainfall from 1 June to 25 December 2021 is 1,102.2mm against the normal 844.7mm with a deviation of 30%. The GHMC's average cumulative rainfall for the period is 877.4mm against the normal 716.6mm with a deviation of 22.4%.
