MLA Raghunandan Rao moves HC, seeks allocation of SDF to all constituencies

Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Monday heard a plea filed by Dubbaka MLA M. Raghunandan Rao alleging the non-allocation of Special Development Funds to Dubbaka and other constituencies.

Mr. Raghunandan Rao, in the petition, alleged state negligence in not providing essential funds to Dubbaka and other constituencies. He further alleged that the Special Development Funds (SDF) are being allocated only to Siddipet and Gajwel constituencies.

On Monday, the High Court issued notices to the principal secretary, finance department; the principal secretary GAD; Siddipet and Medak collectors; and R&B officials asking them to file counters within four weeks.

The matter was adjourned for four weeks.
