Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Monday dismissed the revision petition filed by the Telangana state government in the MLAs poaching case.
The state government challenged the ACB court, Nampally decision in the High Court.
The ACB court had dismissed the SIT memo adding the four accused B.L Santhosh, Jagguswamy, Tushar, and Srinivas.
The High Court upheld the judgment of the ACB court.
