Ram Navami 2022: Rachakonda liquor shops to shut down; TSRTC introduces 70 buses

By Newsmeter Network Published on 9 April 2022 9:39 AM GMTHyderabad: Liquor shops and bars attached to restaurants (excluding bars in star hotels and registered clubs) will remain closed from 6 a.m on 10 April to 6 a.m on 11 April on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami in the Rachakonda commissionarate area.
Meanwhile, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has introduced 70 buses for the occasion on 9 and 10 April. Special buses will be available from the main intersections of LB Nagar and at MGBS and tickets can be booked from the reservation counters. TSRTC officials said they will increase the number of buses in case of congestion.
In order to maintain a smooth flow of traffic and prevent inconvenience to the public, traffic diversions have been imposed within the limits of Goshamahal traffic police station and Sultan Bazar traffic PS on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami Shobha Yatra.
The procession starts from Seetarambagh Temple, Mangalhat, on 10 April at 11 a.m and proceeds towards Hanuman Vyayamshala School, Sultanbazar. It passes Bhoiguda Kaman, Manghalhat PS Road, Jali Hanuman, Dhoolpet, Puranapul, Gandhi statue, Jumerath Bazar, Chudi Bazar, Begumbazar Chatri, Begum Bazar, Barthan Bazar, Siddiamber Bazar Mosque, Shankar Sher Hotel, Gowliguda Chaman, Gurudwara, Putlibowli crossroads, Andhra Bank, Koti, and Hanuman Vyayamshala, Sultanbazar.
