Hyderabad: Telangana IAS Association on Sunday strongly condemned the disparaging remarks by former MLA Gone Prakash Rao against Adilabad collector Sikta Patnaik.
In an interview with TV channels, former APSTRTC chairman and MLA made derogatory and personnel comments against the Adilabad collector.
