SSC paper leak: After Bandi Sanjay, is Etala Rajender next?

Hyderabad: Following the arrest of Telangana BJP state president Bandi Sanjay for his alleged role in the SSC Hindi question paper leak, it is being reported that BJP MLA Etala Rajendar was also issued a notice.
Though there is no official confirmation yet, it is said that the Warangal police have issued a notice for his alleged role in the paper leak case. When NewsMeter asked about the notice, the MLA said, “Who knows? They might give me a notice.”
Earlier, the Telangana High Court refused to grant Bandi Sanjay interim relief in the case. Along with Bandi Sanjay, notices have also been issued by the police to other individuals involved in the matter.
Bandi Sanjay’s arrest came after the police investigated a person named Prashant, who had shared the question papers on WhatsApp groups in favour of the BJP. During the investigation, evidence was found that Prashant had sent the question papers to Bandi Sanjay and Etala Rajender via WhatsApp. The police suspect Bandi Sanjay to be the mastermind behind the leak.
Following the BJP president’s arrest, a video of BJP MLA Etala Rajender yelling at the police during a protest against the arrest has gone viral on social media. When NewsMeter asked him about the protest, the MLA said, “The scenario itself was a protest scenario and not a meeting to be smart and calm.”
When NewsMeter asked about his arrest, the MLA went on to share two pieces of advice he had received from KCR while he was minister. “There are two types of rules in the Constitution. Anyone can get arrested anytime, and anyone can be imposed with taxes,” said the former minister.
