T-shirts in, sweaters out: Summer comes calling to Telangana
According to the Telangana State Development Planning Society, Laxmidevipalli in Bhadradri Kothagudem recorded the state's highest maximum temperature of 38.3 degree Celsius.

According to the Telangana State Development Planning Society, Laxmidevipalli in Bhadradri Kothagudem recorded the state's highest maximum temperature of 38.3 degree Celsius.
The temperature has crossed 30 degrees Celsius in almost all the districts in the last few days. In Hyderabad, Chikalguda recorded the highest temperature of 35.4 degree Celsius.
According to the Indian Meteorological Centre, Hyderabad, the state's highest maximum temperature of 38.5 degrees Celsius was recorded in Nalgonda. In GHMC areas, Patancheru recorded the highest temperature of 35 degree Celsius.
TSDPS noted that Reddy Palle in Ranga Reddy recorded the lowest temperature of 11.7 degree Celsius. In Hyderabad, the lowest temperature of 16 degree Celsius was recorded in West Marredpally. In most of the districts, night temperature has crossed 20 degree Celsius.
Meanwhile, IMD forecasted normal summer heat from March to May 2022. It predicted that temperatures are likely to remain below normal for the Southern peninsula during this period.
