Telangana Budget: KCR govt moves HC against Guv
Advocate General Banda Shivananda Prasad filed a lunch motion petition in the High Court challenging the Governor's attitude.

Hyderabad: Tension has soared after the Telangana government filed a Lunch Motion Petition (LMP) against governor Tamilisai Soundararajan in the high court. Advocate General Banda Shivananda Prasad filed a lunch motion petition in the High Court challenging the Governor's attitude.
AG BS Prasad requested the Court that the matter shall be heard at 1 pm. Senior Supreme Court Counsel Dushyant Dave will appear for the State. Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan queried how can the High Court direct the Governor.
CJ Bhuyan further pointed out that everyone will raise the issue that High Court has exceeded its limits AG Prasad informed the Court that it's a matter of state budget and due to lack of time, the issue may be heard.The matter will be heard at 1 PM.
