The judge was dealing with the plea filed by Sadula Krishna Das, civil contractor and Sangh Sanchalak ā€“ RSS, seeking directions to Nirmal SP and Bhainsa SDPO to accord permission to RSS to hold Padha Sanchalak and public meeting at Bhainsa Town on 5 March.

T. Suryakaran Reddy, senior counsel and former additional solicitor general, appeared for the petitioner.

Samala Ravinder, GP for Home, vehemently argued and furnished the report in a sealed cover and submitted that there is possibility that some miscreants may participate in the march and indulge in communal violence and pleaded that the march may be permitted outside of Bhainsa, at least to avoid communally-sensitive areas in the Bhainsa Town.
