Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Friday discussed with officials details such as land acquisition regarding the construction of Young India Residential Schools in every State Assembly Constituency.

The officials have been asked to focus on finishing work in at least 100 constituencies first. CM Revanth Reddy directed the authorities to complete the works with all types of infrastructure in 105 constituencies in two years.

The chief minister ordered the officials to expedite the permit process for construction in the constituencies where land acquisition has been completed.

Report on site identification process in a week

The CM asked the authorities to visit the proposed sites to ascertain whether the location is feasible to establish the residential schools. If not, CM Revanth suggested identifying alternative land sites.

District collectors have been directed to conduct field visits and take steps to complete the site identification process as soon as possible. The CM ordered the officials to submit a report on the site identification process for the construction of residential schools within a week.

The CM emphasised that work should be started quickly in constituencies where land acquisition has been completed.

ā€œThe required infrastructure facilities will be provided in ā€˜Veera Nariā€™ Chakali Ilamma Womenā€™s University,ā€ CM said and asked the officials to prepare plans for a playground, an academic block and other facilities to meet the needs. The chief minister said that the State government is ready to allocate adequate funds for the development of the University.
