Hyderabad: Elaborate arrangements have been made for the smooth conduct of counting of votes for two graduates' constituencies on Wednesday.

The counting will be held at LB Nagar indoor stadium and Telangana State Warehousing Corporation at Arjalabavi on the outskirts of Nalgonda.

The counting of votes for the Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda and Mahbubnagar-Rangareddy-Hyderabad graduates' constituencies will begin at 8 am. It is going to be a lengthy process to count a large number of votes preserved in the jumbo ballot boxes each consisting of 500 to 800 votes.

Officials have prepared a duty roster to enable the staff to work in shifts. The final result can be expected by Friday morning only.

The jumbo ballot boxes, which were brought from erstwhile Nalgonda, Warangal, and Khammam districts were kept in strong rooms in the warehousing corporation godown at Arjalabavi in Nalgonda for counting.
