Unable to raise funds for education, doctor ends life in Vizag
A doctor from Anakapalle ended his life after failing to raise funds for higher education.

Identified as K Rajasekhar, he ended his life at his friend's apartment in Madhuravada in Visakhapatnam city on Friday night.
The incident came to light on Saturday late evening when the friend came to his flat and found the front door locked from inside.
Police said that Rajasekhar had started a clinic in his hometown Anakapalle, but it proved to be an unsuccessful venture.
A case was registered at PM Palem police station and an investigation has been taken up. Circle Inspector A Ravi Kumar said Rajasekhar completed his MBBS from a medical college in China and since then has been trying to get admission into a post-graduation course.
The officer said Rajasekhar could not get a seat and his father due to ill health. "He could not raise enough funds to support his education. Rajasekhar went into depression and came to his friend's flat in Madhuravada on Friday evening. His friend Subbaraju was away and told him to stay till he returned the next evening. On Saturday, when Subbaraju came to the flat, it was locked from inside. He immediately informed the PM Palem who broke open the door to find Rajasekhar hanging from the ceiling fan," Kumar said.
