Shalini Pandey on cloud nine over chance to pair up with Ranveer Singh

Within a short span of time, actress Shalini Pandey has become popular in South India, and the credit goes to her Telugu debut film Arjun Reddy. She played Preeti with ease and stole so many young hearts out there. The actress also has Mahanati and 118 in her kitty and all these three films are super hits at the box office. She will next be seen in Anushka Shetty and Ragnganathan Madhavan’s Nishabdam, which is slated for release In January, 2020.

Shalini is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Jayeshbhai Jordaar for which she pairs up with none other than Ranveer Singh, one of the most happening heroes of Bollywood.

Maneesh Sharma, the producer of Jayeshbhai Jordaar, said in a press meet, “The script we had demanded for a fresh face for the leading lady’s part. Her audition was so spontaneous that we immediately knew that she was the right person for the part. We are confident that her screen presence is going your catch the attention of all the audiences out there.”

Before being roped in to play Preeti, Shalini was a theatre artiste in Jabalpur and now, she is on cloud nine after signing Jayeshbhai Jordaar. She told a popular news agency, “I’ve been blessed with this huge chance to show my mettle in the Hindi film industry and I’m incredibly thankful for it. I’m also very fortunate to be sharing screen space with Ranveer Singh who is one of the biggest superstars of our generation and also one of the most versatile actors too. I’m thrilled about being paired opposite to him and this inspires me to prepare myself thoroughly to deliver the best.”

The first look of the film was unveiled recently and it made all the fans know more about the film. More details are awaited.
