Shriya Saran confirms being part of SS Rajamouli's RRR

Hyderabad: Actress Shriya Saran is busy with multiple projects in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi film industries. In March 2018, she got married to Russian-based entrepreneur Andrei Koscheev in a hush-hush wedding that took place in Rajasthan. Since Shriya likes to keep her personal life away from media glare, she stayed away from sharing any pictures from the wedding for almost a year. The actress is constantly shuttling between Barcelona and India to pursue her work in Indian film industry.

For several months, rumours were doing the rounds that Shriya Saran plays a guest role in SS Rajamouli's big-budget flick RRR. In a recent interview with a popular daily, she has confirmed her inclusion in the film. She stated that she has a cameo role in Rajamouli's RRR.

Sharing her thoughts about her role, Shriya said, "Yes, I have a guest appearance in the film. I love being on Rajamouli sir’s set. I have some amazing memories from Chhatrapati and honestly, in a Rajamouli film, it doesn’t feel like you’re working. All the ADs and camera people come and talk to you and they’re all such great fun. You can have a conversation with anyone. There’s always an easy vibe on sets and by the time the day’s over, you know you’re tired but you don’t feel like you’ve worked. He can spoil you for life, because you start expecting everyone to be like that."

If the rumours are believed to be true, Shriya might play Ajay Devgn's pair in the film. Interestingly, the two have earlier teamed up for Hindi flick, Drishyam, the Hindi remake of Malayalam film of the same name. This will be the second time the two stars are teaming up for a film.
