SpiceJet flight delayed, airline apologises

HYDERABAD: A SpiceJet flight number SG-126 which was scheduled to depart from Hyderabad to Delhi at 9:30 pm was delayed by four hours at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Saturday night. Angry passengers staged a protest at the Hyderabad airport.

The flight eventually departed at 2:37 am. On investigating it was found that the delay occurred due to some technical issues.

SpiceJet spokesperson said, “On August 10, 2019, SpiceJet flight SG-126 operating from Hyderabad to Delhi was delayed due to a technical issue. Affected passengers were offered refreshments by the airline. SpiceJet apologises for the inconvenience caused to passengers.”
