Tamannaah Bhatia to play kabaddi coach in her next with Gopichand

Hyderabad: Fans of Tamannaah from both the Telugu States have been missing the actress in the recent times. In 2019, the actress has been part of only two Telugu films. While one is F2, the other one is Sye Raa, in which she was seen playing Lakshmi. She was recently seen in a special song which she performed in Sarileru Nekevaru. She has been busy with back to back films like Kanne Kalaimaane, Devi 2, Petromax, and Action in Tamil film industry, but unfortunately, not all the films did well at the box office.

The actress has paired up with Gopichand to play his leading lady in Sampath Nandi directorial. The Sindhi beauty is playing a kabaddi coach in this film and will be training a group of young athletes too. To fit well into the role, the actress has worked hard at the gym too.

Not many know that she used to bunk sports classes in the school as she never liked sports. She always felt that playing sports in school was hectic, but ironically, she is now playing the role of a coach. So now, Tamannaah has taken this role as a challenge.

Also, sources inform that the Baahubali actress is excited because the film has been a whole new experience to the actress. She will be seen sporting a new look for her role. Sources close to the actress said, “She is enjoying playing a coach. But her ultimate dream role is to do a dance drama because she loves dance. So she is looking for a role that revolves around dancing.”

The film has recently completed its first schedule and is gearing up for the second one. This is Sampath Nandi’s second collaboration with Gopichand. Their first collaboration Gautam Nanda tanked at the box office. Also, the duo has not seen success in the recent times and they are looking forward to bag a hit with their upcoming flick which is said to be titled Seetimaar. An official confirmation is awaited.
