Jeh Aerospace to establish 2L sq. ft aerospace manufacturing facility in Hyderabad’s Kothur

Hyderabad: Jeh Aerospace is all set to establish a new 200,000 sq. ft. aerospace manufacturing facility at Horizon Industrial Parks in Kothur.

Named Mach 2, the upcoming site will nearly quadruple the company’s existing footprint in Hyderabad and take its total operational space in the city to more than 250,000 sq. ft.

Next-Generation, Software-Defined Factory

The facility, slated to become operational in 2026, is designed as a fully software-defined and AI-enabled manufacturing unit. According to the company, the site will deploy autonomous machining systems, digital twins, and closed-loop quality frameworks aimed at transforming precision manufacturing in the aerospace sector.

Located within Horizon’s IGBC Platinum pre-certified industrial park, the campus spans 1.3 million sq. ft. and hosts multiple firms in advanced manufacturing, renewable energy, and specialised engineering.

CEO Highlights New Manufacturing Paradigm

Announcing the expansion, Vishal Sanghavi, Founder & CEO of Jeh Aerospace, said:

“This expansion represents more than new square footage, it’s the foundation of a new manufacturing paradigm. Our new Hyderabad facility is being engineered as a software-defined, AI-augmented system that can think, adapt, and execute with precision at scale. It embodies our belief that the future of aerospace manufacturing lies at the intersection of Talent, Technology, and Transformation.”

He added, “Horizon was a natural partner offering high-quality, reliable infrastructure that aligns with our standards and commitment to sustainability.”

Horizon Industrial Parks on Partnership

Commenting on the collaboration, Urvish Rambhia, CEO of Horizon Industrial Parks, said:

“Horizon is proud to partner with Jeh Aerospace in realizing a world-class digital manufacturing campus in Hyderabad. Our Kothur park showcases the next generation of industrial infrastructure, sustainable, connected, and globally competitive, and we’re thrilled to support Jeh’s vision of redefining aerospace manufacturing from India to the world.”

Expanding Capacity for Global Demand

Jeh Aerospace has built an order book exceeding USD 150 million within 18 months, reflecting increasing global demand for its precision components. The Mach 2 facility will expand production capacity, support higher levels of automation, and enhance the company’s digital supply-chain resilience for international customers.

The company is backed by investors including General Catalyst, Elevation Capital, and IndiGo Ventures. It continues to invest in advanced infrastructure, proprietary software-led process control systems, and a global talent pool to strengthen the aerospace supply chain.
