CM praises Ratan Tata

The Chief Minister praised Ratan Tata as a great contributor to the nation.

To keep his ideals alive, the State government launched the Ratan Tata Innovation Hubs to promote innovation and startups, enabling young entrepreneurs to emerge as global leaders by achieving product perfection.

CM Naidu speaks about Heritage Dairy’s journey

Citing his personal experience in entrepreneurship, CM Naidu said that he started Heritage Dairy before entering politics and later entrusted its management to his wife.

She emerged as a successful entrepreneur, and the company’s turnover now stands at Rs 5,000 crore.

Questioning why people should go to Silicon Valley when the same ecosystem is available in India, Chandrababu Naidu said the gap exists because politicians are not adopting available technology.

India’s economic reforms

CM Naidu recalled that with the economic reforms introduced in 1991, India’s economy rose from 11th to 4th position. With the added advantage of young talent, India can grow further, and the aspirations of young entrepreneurs should be fulfilled.

The Chief Minister said young people are highly creative and should be continuously motivated to achieve their goals.

He emphasised that opportunities for innovation abound, particularly in agriculture and the health sector, and that youth should seize them by thinking globally and acting locally. He assured us that RTIH would be ready to support them in their innovation and startup projects.

Entrepreneurs should provide helping hand

At the same time, entrepreneurs should extend a helping hand to bridge the gap between the haves and have-nots.

He said the AP government introduced the P-4 programme, under which the wealthy voluntarily adopt poor families for their economic uplift.

The Chief Minister cited the example of a talented girl who was pushed to daily wage work due to family circumstances. Under the P-4 programme, HCL came forward to provide her skill development training and subsequent employment assistance, enabling her to earn Rs 1.8 lakh per annum. She has expressed a desire to become a ‘margadarsi’ to help others like herself.

Later, the Chief Minister released Avishkarana Andhra and Secretary ITE K Bhaskar administered the Avishkarana Andhra pledge to realise the dream of one family-one entrepreneur.

Speaking on the occasion, N Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Group, said Chandrababu Naidu is known for his initiatives and that his digital and vertical innovation vision across the state is remarkable. Stating that innovation is everybody’s responsibility, he said solutions should be globally superior.

Bharat Forge Chairman Baba Kalyani said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu always brings forward mega ideas. Now, by launching the Innovation Hub, he has paved the way for developing innovation-led technology, which India urgently needs.

“We must learn to develop superior products,” he added.
