Techie commits suicide after investing in Qnet

Hyderabad: A techie who invested lakhs of rupees in the international MLM firm Qnet, allegedly committed suicide at Madhapur in the city. The techie Adapa Aravind (31) working for an MNC, was depressed after incurring losses on the investments in the international MLM Qnet, found police.


Aravind hailing from Srikakulam district in Andhra Pradesh is working for an MNC in the city and residing at Madhapur. On Wednesday morning he was found hanging in his room.


Primary inquiries revealed that the techie had invested a huge sum in Qnet, but he was not paid the returns as promised by them, which forced him to take the extreme step.


Police are now verifying his bank account details to know about his investments.
