26 passengers miraculously escape as bus catches fire in Jangaon
The bus was en route to Hyderabad from Chhattisgarh when it caught on fire, police said.

Hyderabad: At least 26 passengers had a miraculous escape as the private travel bus they were traveling in caught fire at Nellutla in Jangaon district in the early hours on Monday. The bus was en route to Hyderabad from Chhattisgarh when it caught on fire, police said.
Noticing fumes emanating from the engine of the bus, the driver immediately stopped it and all passengers got down safely with their luggage. With the alertness of the driver, all the passengers escaped unhurt as they alighted before the fire engulfed the bus.
The bus was completely gutted which was allegedly caused due to a short circuit. On information, a fire tender reached the spot and doused the flames. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway, police added.
