Hyderabad: Even before the shooting of the film 'Mishan Impossible' could start, a BJP leader has lodged a complaint with the cybercrime police against Matinee Entertainments for hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus.
Matinee Entertainments had released a promotional poster of the movie on social media. The poster shows three kids holding guns while dressed as the Hindu gods Rama, Shiva, and Krishna.

The BJP leader, Sumiran Komarraju, lodged a complaint on 13 December stating, "The poster hurts the sentiments of Hindus. It portrays our deities wielding ammunitions."
After the complaint was filed, Matinee Entertainment said it did not want to hurt the sentiment of any section of the society. "In relation to certain objections raised about a recent poster of 'Mishan Impossible' released by us, we wish to state and clarify that we did not intend to hurt the feelings or sentiments of any section of the society," said Matinee Entertainment in its statement.
