Hyderabad: Expanding Dalit Bandhu Scheme, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has selected four mandals in four reserved assembly constituencies in a bid to uplift the marginalized communities.

The selected mandals include Chintakani in Madhira Constituency of Khammam district, Tirmalgiri in Tungaturthy Constituency of Suryapet district, Charagonda in Achampet Constituency of Nagar Kurnool district, and Nizamsagar in Jukkal Constituency of Kamareddy district.

After his return from New Delhi, CM would hold a meeting with Ministers, MLAs, District Collectors from concerned areas. The meeting will deliberate how to implement the Dalit Bandhu Scheme in selected mandals.

Earlier, the state government had implemented Dalit Bandhu Scheme on a pilot basis in poll-bound Huzurabad. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has decided to understand and comprehend in detail the needs of the marginalized communities.
