Devotees can now get prasadam from 10 famous Telangana temples through speed post

The Telangana endowments department has joined hands with India Post to deliver prasadam of 10 famous temples in Telangana to devotees through speed post. Telangana endowments minister Indrakaran Reddy formally launched the service on Saturday making it easy for devotees to book prasadam online from over 1.6 lakh post offices in the country.
The endowments department has signed an MoU with the department of post to deliver the prasadam. This apart, devotees can also book online puja facility through post offices in the offline mode.
The temples that offer the online prasadam facility include Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Yadagirigutta, Sitarama Ramachandra Swamy temple at Bhadrachalam, Jnana Saraswathi temple at Basara, Anjaneya Swamy temple at Kondagattu, Mallikarjuna Swamy temple at Komuravelli, Ujjaini Mahankali temple and Ganesh temple in Secunderabad, and Yellamma-Pochamma temple in Balkampet.
The department has also extended the online puja facility to 15 more temples in addition to the 22 where the service was available. Devotees can book puja or seva of their choice online through the T App Folio app and puja will be performed in the name of the devotee. An SMS will be sent to the devotee's mobile phone confirming the performance of the puja or seva.
