Huzurabad defeat will not be of much significance for TRS: KTR

Hyderabad: Putting up a brave face, TRS Working President KT Rama Rao said Huzurabad by election result will not be of much significance or consequence for the party.
BJP candidate Eatala Rajender defeated TRS candidate Srinivas Yadav with a huge margin.
The election was held on October 30. "In the last 20 years, TRS has seen many highs and lows and this one election result will not be of much significance or consequence," KTR tweeted.
He complimented the TRS candidate for what he termed as a spirited fight in the poll. "My compliments to @GelluSrinu TRS on a spirited fight in the election, he said. Appeal to all TRS workers to work with increased resolve to forge ahead in future battles, he tweeted. I would like to thank and applaud the tireless efforts of @trsharish garu, @ Koppuaeshwar Garu, @ GKamalakarTRs Garu and all the MLAs and TRS party leaders and cadre who have toiled hard in Huzurabad, the TRS working President said. Also would like to thank the social media warriors who have been relentlessly campaigning, he tweeted.
Finance minister T. Harish Rao too said that TRS will not sink after this defeat. "In any case, the TRS party will not sink with defeat in a single election and will not overflow when it wins. The winning TRS party will work on behalf of the people," he tweeted.
He thanked all voters who voted for the TRS and the party workers who toiled hard.
