TS to hold Lok Adalat on 10 April
The National Legal Services Authority (NLSA) has proposed to hold Lok Adalat on 10 April across Telangana.

Hyderabad: The National Legal Services Authority (NLSA) has proposed to hold Lok Adalat on 10 April across Telangana.
The Lok Adalat will be held for the settlement of all civil and compoundable criminal cases to expedite civil and penal cases pending in any court from SC to the district level.
Telangana State Legal Services Authority said that the chief justice will hold the Lok Adalat proceeding for the whole day on 10 April to expedite pending and other civil and penal cases.
The Lok Adalat renders services free of charge. If the court fee has been paid in a pending case, it will be refunded if the matter is settled through the Lok Adalat. No appeal lies against the award passed in the Lok Adalat.
All persons who are willing to settle their pending cases or pre-litigation cases may approach the chairman or secretary of District Legal Services Authority, Nyaya Seva Sadan in district court complex of their respective districts or the nearest Mandal Legal Services Committee or the nearest court to get their dispute resolved through the National Lok Adalat.
