TRS using ambulances to distribute money in Huzarabad; throws party for POs: BJP to EC
Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) has filed a complaint with the Election Commission alleging that the TRS is using ambulances to distribute money in the Huzurabad assembly constituency a day ahead of the by-poll.

Huzurabad: Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) has filed a complaint with the Election Commission alleging that the TRS is using ambulances to distribute money in the Huzurabad assembly constituency a day ahead of the by-poll.
"It is submitted that the ruling party Ministers, MPs, MLAs, and activists are staying in Kits College, which is within the limits of Huzurabad assembly constituency. They are transporting money in private hospital ambulances for distribution among the villagers of the Huzurabad constituency. Local police are acting as silent spectators and allowing the ambulances loaded with cash to pass through," the BJP said in the complaint.
The party alleged that TRS activists have arranged a cocktail party cum dinner for the presiding officers (POs) at PRT Bhavan in Ganeshnagar of Karimnagar district.
The BJP said Karimnagar District Collector has informed that Section 144 Cr.PC has been imposed in the Huzurabad assembly constituency, but TRS activists in a group of more than 4 people are roaming in the villages and towns with the help of local police.
"We request you please check every ambulance of a private hospital. We also urge you to impose Section 144 strictly in accordance with law and inquire into the cocktail party thrown by TRS in PRT Bhavan," the BJP said.
