Rajinikanth has joined hands with director Siva for the first time for the film, which has Khushbu and Keerthy Suresh. The latest addition to the team is none other than actress Meena.
Sun Pictures, on their Twitter handle, shared a video of Meena expressing her happiness on joining the cast. Reports suggest that Meena is likely to be playing Rajinikanth’s wife while Keerthy will be playing his daughter.
Meena will be reuniting with Rajinikanth after 24 long years and fans are super excited about it. They were last seen together in Muthu in 1995. Actor Prakash Raj has also landed a vital role in the movie. Produced by Sun Pictures, Thalaivar 168 has music by D Imman, who is reuniting with Siva after Viswasam. If reports are to go by, Thalaivar 168 is expected to release sometime next year.
