Fans fight at Prasads IMAX
At the Prasad multiplex in Hyderabad, fans of Prabhas got into a fight with a person while he was giving a ānegativeā review about the film. After a 4 am benefit show, the audience coming out of the theatres were asked to give their review through YouTube channels and media persons standing outside the theatre.
In a video that went viral, a person who called Adipurush a bad film was threatened by a few to stop talking about the film and was asked to leave the place right away. In a heated argument, fans of Prabhas also physically attacked the person.
Fans damage theatre property
In another incident, Prabhas fans broke the glasses of the Asian Jyoti theatre in the Ramachandrapuram area of Sangareddy district due to a delay in the screening of the movie. Police booked cases against five persons, and sent them to judicial remand.
The theatre management sold the tickets online to the public and announced that the show would start on June 16, at 6.30 am. However, the management could not start the show on time as they did not have a proper license to do so.
In this regard, the accused created a nuisance at the theatre and damaged theatre window glasses, and broke cool drink bottles. They also quarrelled with theatre workers.
The RC Puram police registered a case and arrested the accused. They also took disciplinary action against the management of Asian Jyothi Theatre for not having a government license to screen the film at its scheduled time.
Fan injures himself
In another incident, a Prabhas fan, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, injured himself with broken glass pieces near a theatre (name not known). He broke a beer bottle and cut his hand multiple times.
A video of the person dancing and shouting outside the theatre went viral. The person was seen holding a broken liquor bottle behind the poster of Adipursh before hurting himself, while people around him tried to stop him.
