Amaravati: Nara Chandrababu Naidu-led NDA government presented its full-fledged budget with an outlay of Rs 3.22 lakh crore for 2025-26.

Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav presented the Andhra Pradesh Budget in the Assembly on Friday. The highlighter of the budget was three free LPG cylinders for Deepam scheme beneficiaries. Plus Rs 15,000 will be given for every mother under the Thalliki Vandanam scheme.

Here are the highlights:

1. Agriculture got an outlay of Rs 48,340 Cr.

2. Rs 2,000 Cr is the viability gap funding.

3. Rs 50,000 for SC housing construction.

4. Rs 70,000 for ST housing construction.

5. Rs 31,613 Cr for NTR Vaidhya Bharosa.

6. Rs 3,806 Cr for Civil Supplies department.

7. Rs 11,636 Cr for the Agriculture sector.

8. Rs 31,806 Cr School Education.

9. Rs 19,264 Cr for the Medical and Health sector.

10. Rs 23,260 Cr for BC welfare.

11. Rs 18,848 Cr to Panchayat Raj and Rural development.

12. Rs 13,600 Cr for the Electricity Department.

13. Rs 10,909 Cr for Social Welfare Department.

14. Rs 10,619 Cr for Backward classes.

15. Rs 18,019 Cr for Water Resources.

16. Rs 8,785 Cr for Transport Department and Highways.

17. Rs 3,377 Cr for SC, ST, BC scholarships.

18. Rs 400 Cr for SC/ST free Education.

19. Rs 820 Cr for Swatchh Andhra scheme.

20. Rs 13,862 Cr for Municipal Administration and Rural development

34. Rs 2,800 Cr for Jal Jeevan Mission.
