Bandi Sanjay asks rationale behind debarring Class 10 student

Telangana: BJP State President, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, held a press conference in Karimnagar on Friday after his release on bail from the Karimnagar district jail following his arrest in connection with the SSC Hindi question paper leak case.

During the press conference, Bandi Sanjay expressed his concern over the punishment given to Dandeboina Harish, a student from Kamalapur, who was barred from appearing for exams for five years. He stated, “Debarring Harish for five years is a crime.” The BJP state president questioned the rationale behind such a severe punishment for a Class 10 student and urged for a fair and just resolution to the matter.

Bandi Sanjay further raised concerns over police inaction in the SSC Hindi question paper leak case. He criticised the government’s decision to punish the student instead of holding the police accountable for their failure to prevent the breach. “If someone can break into an exam centre and take a photograph of the exam paper that Harish is writing, what are the police doing?”

He accused Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao of prioritising politics over the development of the state. He questioned KCR’s intentions by asking, “KCR, do you want to develop Telangana or do you want politics?”

Bandi Sanjay further said that attempting to block Prime Minister’s plans would hinder the development of Telangana. “If the Prime Minister is coming to lay the foundation stone for the development works in Telangana, blocking it is like blocking the development of Telangana,” he warned.

Bandi Sanjay called upon all the members of the BJP and the public to actively participate in the event. He urged, “I want all the BJP workers and people to come to Parade Grounds and make the event a resounding success.”
