The burglars entered the premises carrying bags, and their actions were captured in three videos that have since been circulated widely, particularly among the Residents’ Welfare Societies (RWS) of nearby gated communities.

A complaint was lodged by Dr K Ramsingh, a 55-year-old General Surgery Professor at Kamareddy Government Hospital and resident of Villa No. 75 in Vasantha City at Miyapur police station. Dr Ramsingh reported that he had left for Kamareddy on August 6 along with his wife and returned on August 7 around 4 pm. Upon his return, he discovered that his villa had been broken into. He found that someone had entered his house by breaking the glass ventilator of the bathroom. The burglars also broke into the cupboards, making off with approximately 30 tolas of gold ornaments.

The police have requested the public not to leave any scope to enter the house through windows, and ventilators and lock their houses with high security systems. “Establish proper security staff during the day and night time and don’t keep valuables at home. Deposit them in bank lockers or carry them along with them safely. Kindly install CCTV 24-hour surveillance,” the police advised the residents of Hyderabad.
