Flooding points of Hyderabad

These harvesting pits will be built to store the rainwater. CM Revanth Reddy asked the government officials to identify government lands around the areas where the water can be channelised and stored.
The areas identified to build water harvesting wells included RTA Khairtabad near Raj Bhavan, Somajiguda, and Biodiversity Park at Gachibowli.
BRS leaders warned
BRS MLAs are creating a ruckus in the House time and again. āWe are not in favour of suspending them, but if this continues like this, we may think of cancelling Assembly membership of at least 6 BRS MLAs, much like what they did to Congress MLAs Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Sampath Kumar in their first term. This will ensure others will fall in line too.ā
