Chittoor: All of us face traffic issues every day, but do we care about raising a complaint? Concerned about traffic problem near his school, a six-year-old UKG student, Karthik, of Palamaneru in Chittoor district approached the nearby police station. The video went viral on social media.

Karthik, a student of Adarsha School, complained that roads have been dug in the area and tractors are blocking the way to his school. The little boy asked Palamaneru circle inspector N. Bhaskar to take action as the students are facing trouble every day.

The boy asked the police to come to his school and clear the traffic problems. Surprised by his way of talking, CI Bhaskar and other police staff had a conversation with him. CI Bhaskar assured the boy he would clear the traffic woes and gave Karthik his contact number. Karthik told the police that he would call and tell them if there were any problems.

Speaking to News Meter, the CI said, "There was a drainage block in the school premises. So, to avoid traffic, we had to set up barricades. That was one of the traffic issues. We were surprised by the way he spoke to us, like a six-year-old coming to the police station with his father and lodging a complaint. We assured him we would solve the problem," said Mr. Bhaskar.
