Hyderabad: Police have booked former minister Indrakaran Reddy’s tipsy nephew Allola Agraj Reddy for ramming a car into a motorbike at Forum Mall-KPHB Colony in Hyderabad.

Two bikers were injured in the incident. Two associates of Allola, who were on board a car, were also booked.

The victims are identified as Banwarilal (24) working as a Salesman, Dhuruchand (33), another employee.


What happened?

The incident happened near a U-Turn at Forum Mall- KPHB Colony on Jan 7 at 1:30 hours, when two persons after watching a movie at Forum Mallwere returning home on their bike.

When the duo reached U-Turn at Forum Mall, a car B.No: AP07E3839 crashed into the bike. They were immediately admitted in the hospital.

Banwarilal called to a person Surender Kumar, under whome he is working, and informed about incident. Immediately Surender reached to the hospital and later filed a complaint.

The two injured from Rajasthan are working in a business setup by Surender for the last seven years.

According to the complaint, one of the victims Banwarilal sustained injuries in his left leg and face, while the pillion rider Dhuruchand sustained severe head injury. His condition is stated to be critical.

During the investigation, it was found that the car driver Agraj Reddy was drunk and drove the car rashly on the wrong side.

Two other persons on board the car have been identified as Machavarapu Karthik and Chidan Teja.

A case has been booked under 27/2024 U/s 337 IPC, Sec 185(a), 119/177 MV Act.
