`Golmal Gujarat model or Golden Telangana model': Prashant Kishor-led IPAC inks deal with TRS

Hyderabad: TRS has reportedly signed a contract with Prashant Kishor-led IPAC in the run-up to the 2023 Telangana assembly election. "Prashant Kishor has introduced us to IPAC and they will work with us. IPAC can only augment or complement what's there. It's an exaggeration to say IPAC will win our election. Kids who were 10-12 years old in 2014 are all majors now. They know KCR as CM and don't know his role in agitation. To reach this generation, we will need different mediums and forms of communication. Digital media is setting the tone and tenor. The digital medium is where things are and IPAC will work with us in this area," Minister KT Rama Rao said.

He said that not just Prashant Kishor, they have conversations with multiple strategists like Sunil Konaglu and narrowed down on IPAC. KTR said that PK has not joined Congress and even if he joins, they will cross the bridge when it comes. "Prashant Kishor has disassociated himself from I-PAC and is doing his politics. I-PAC will be working for TRS", KTR remarked.

He said that BJP is not rising, but inflation, unemployment, and farmer losses have doubled. "BJP is a failed model. Because of Congress' inability to bring out these issues to center stage, it makes as if BJP is rising," he said. KTR urged people to choose from the `Golmal Gujarat model or the Golden Telangana model'.

KTR said that anti-incumbency is natural and Even four BJP MPs are also facing anti-incumbency. On Ramayanpet and Khammam issues, KTR said they are tragic and unfortunate. "They are a diversion tactic. It is wrong to say that TRS didn't respond, Compare how the govt responded to the Lakmipur incident. The PM has not even condoled the demise," he said.

KTR said in the Sai Ganesh incident, one needs to think of the circumstances that instigated the kid. "Does BJP even have any presence in Khammam? A kid who is been emotionally surcharged has been instigated and given a pesticide bottle. There were hundreds of cases on us, but did we commit suicide? Why are you instigating the BJP Karyakartas? KTR said PM's double engine government is Ed and Modi. "They use it at their wish. The PM tacitly endorses the ideology of the killer of Mahatma Gandhi. Nathuram Godse is Independent India's first terrorist. What you permit is what you promote. He is Prime Minister of India and not just BJP leader or RSS ideologue", KTR said.

The focus should be on job and not the hijab, KTR added. He said that Governor is a nominated post. He said the issues started when the Republic day speech was read out even without the government's nod. He said that Governor's political influences are visible.

KTR said the election will be held in 2023. "Based on the situation, there will be minor changes. People will be fielded based on behavior," he said. He said that the 55chest should be for all poor people, not just one person. He said, "JCB is a symbol of discussion. Car is a better alternative to bulldozer".

He said Congress is giving strength to BJP. He asked Rahul Gandhi to focus on Amethi and not Warangal. Speaking about the debate on funds, KTR said, "We are contributing to nation-building. Recognize our efforts and thank the people of Telangana, not TRS. Don't say, you are giving as if we are begging," he said.

He joked that even KA Paul or RS Praveen can be their opposition. About comparing BJP leaders to dogs, KTR said, "I apologize to the dog fraternity for comparing them with dogs. I am a dog parent myself. BJP leaders are worse than that. Bandi Sanjay is a Joker, Buffoon with zero common sense."
