The sound of āNoā reverberated in the stadium.
āWe are making five promisesājobs, integrated universities, remuneration per month for unemployed youth, electric scooters for girls pursuing higher studies, and interest-free education loans for students of backward classes, Schedule Castes, and economically weaker sections of society,ā the Congress leader told the crowd.

After a two-week hectic election campaigning in Karnataka, Priyanka Gandhi came to Hyderabad for the youth meet. She came by helicopter to the venue which was packed with senior Telangana Congress leaders.
An impressive crowd
Revanth Reddy, the TPCC president, put up an impressive show at Saroornagar on Monday. The crowd cheered for Mr. Revanth and MLA Seethakka. Despite the whole Congress leadership being present on the stage, the crowd connected with Revanth and Seethakka besides Priyanka Gandhi.
Banners reading āBye Bye Modi and KCRā donned the stadium that was largely occupied by youth, the elderly, and women. A majority of them came to see Priyanka Gandhi who stopped by in Hyderabad on her way to Delhi from Karnataka, marking the last day of the election campaign.

Priyanka Gandhi urged people to be aware as politicians are using emotions to sway the people. She said, āYeh desh aapka hai, yeh state aap ka hai. Aap ko jagruth hona chaiye. Yeh saare promise joh aapko kiye hai use padyeh. Humaree sarkar ayege toh yeh promise fulfill kare yeh dekhye. Agar nahi ki toh aap inhe 5 years baad nikal deh.ā
Promises made by TPCC
1. An honorary pension of Rs. 25,000.
2. Filling of two lakh government jobs in the first year.
3. Filling up of SC, ST, BC, and Minority posts in the first year.
4. Announcement of job calendar with vacancies in all departments by 2 June every year and completion of recruitment by September.
5. Every month, until employment opportunities are provided to the unemployed youth, Rs. 4,000 unemployment compensation.
6. Special Act to purge TSPSC and restore it on the lines of UPSC.
7. Establishing a centralised online registration portal to make Telangana an unemployment-free state during the Congress regime, setting up employment exchanges in seven zones, and skill development centres in every district. Creation of 75% reservation for Telangana youth in private companies that get government subsidies.
8. To improve education and employment opportunities, Youth Commission has been set up.
9. Full payment of old dues along with fee reimbursement for all SC, ST, BC, Minority, and EWS category students.
10. Establishment of new integrated universities in Adilabad, Khammam, and Medak along with conversion of Palamuru, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi, and Satavahana universities into integrated universities.
11. Setting up four new IITs on the lines of Rajiv Gandhi IIIT, Basra to provide quality education to rural students.
12. Establishing a world-class sports university with all facilities on the lines of IMG Academy in America and encouraging rural sportspersons.
13. Setting up two universities at Warangal and Hyderabad for the children of police officers and RTC employees to provide quality education from class 6 till graduation.
Mr. Revanth Reddy reiterated these promises and said that if the Congress party comes to power in Telangana, these will be fulfilled within a year.
