Heartbreaking: 11 YO dies after touching live wire in Kadapa, video shocks AP

The two came in contact with a live power line hanging on the streets in Kadapa district. The incident was caught on camera and has disturbed netizens.
What is heartbreaking is, the two boys were seen enjoying their cycle ride seconds before they came in contact with the live wire hanging.
The incident happened in Angadi Veedhi on Wednesday when the two children, Rehman (11) and Sheikh Aadam (10), studying in Vidyasagar School, were going home for lunch on one bicycle.
In a CCTV footage which is going viral, it is terrible to see how the boys fell soon after they touched the live wire hanging on the streets. One boy caught fire while the other was lying unconscious.
Preliminary investigation by Kadapa II Town Inspector B Nagarjuna found that the accident happened when the dish TV wire came in contact with the live electrical wires.
Locals who witnessed the incident tried to help the children, immediately admitted them to the local hospital. Unfortunately, one boy died on the spot. Parents and relatives of the deceased who are in an uncontrollable state at hospital blamed the Electricity Department for their negligence in leaving live wires unattended.
Responding to the incident, Minister Nara Lokesh directed the authorities to provide medical treatment to the injured student. He warned that the electricity department should act vigilantly to avoid such incidents.
