Here are routes to avoid on 23 April in view of 'Acharya' pre-release event

The Yousufguda road will see heavy traffic at 6 p.m on 23 April due to the pre-release event of the Telugu movie ‘Acharya’ at the Battalion Grounds. Traffic congestion is expected from 5 p.m to 11 p.m.

Here are routes to avoid on 23 April in view of Acharya pre-release event

Hyderabad: The Yousufguda road will see heavy traffic at 6 p.m on 23 April due to the pre-release event of the Telugu movie 'Acharya' at the Battalion Grounds. Traffic congestion is expected from 5 p.m to 11 p.m.

Traffic will be diverted at the following places:

1) Traffic coming from Maithrivanam will not be allowed towards the Yousufguda check-post and will be diverted at Savera Function Hall towards Krishnakath Park-Kalyan Nagar.

2) Traffic coming from Jubilee Hills will not be allowed towards the Yousufguda check-post and will be diverted towards Sri Nagar Colony main road.




The traffic police have asked all citizens to take note of the diversions and take alternate routes to reach their destinations. People have been instructed to avoid commuting on Yousufguda Battalion road during the specified timings.

Vehicle parking

Visitors have been requested to park their vehicles at the allotted parking places only. Mahmood Function Hall has space for 70 cars. The parking space opposite Savera Function Hall has space for 200 cars and 700 two-wheelers.

The Government High School in Yousufguda has parking spaces for 200 two-wheelers while the Yousufguda metro station parking lot has space for 500 two-wheelers.

Meanwhile, all those persons attending the pre-release event must carry the passes with a hologram issued by the organisers. Those found without passes will not be permitted to attend the event.
