INDIA’s strategy to win general elections be made in Telangana, says Revanth

Revanth was addressing the media to announce the newly formed CWC (Congress Working Committee) meetings that will be held on September 16 and 17 in Hyderabad.
The TPCC president thanked Sonia Gandhi, AICC president, Mallikarjun Kharge, top party leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi and AICC general secretary KC Venugopal for deciding to organise the CWC meetings in Hyderabad by trusting the Telangana Congress. He said that earlier he had written to the AICC requesting them to organise CWC meetings in Hyderabad.
Revanth said that Venugopal will start his tour of Telangana on September 6, and he will discuss with the party leaders about the venues for CWC meetings and public meetings and advise on the same. He said that the initial preparation work for organising the party meetings has already begun.
He said that major party leaders such as Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader Bhatti Vikramarka, MPs, and MLAs will plan the content of the meetings. He said the CWC meetings will not only cover state politics but will also become the venue for discussing national politics.
‘CWC meetings will change the direction of Indian politics'
He said that one of the important agendas to be discussed in the CWC meetings will be the nationwide policy and approach of the INDIA alliance. These meetings will change the ‘direction of politics in the country’ in the general elections in 2024, he said, and added that the ideas to transform India will formed in Telangana. During the CWC meetings, he said decisions will be taken about the upcoming five state elections.
Revanth Reddy said that choosing Telangana as the venue for the CWC meetings, on September 17, which is historically important for Telangana, is proof of the Congress party’s respect for Telangana.
Revanth said that the decision to organise the CWC meetings in Hyderabad will fill Telangana Congress leaders and cadre with enthusiasm. He promised that every Congress cadre member and leader would work like a soldier and make these meetings a grand success.
