IPS Transfers: Anjani Kumar given charge of Road Safety wing; C V Anand ACB

Hyderabad: As part of the recent transfers and appointments of bureaucrats in the state after the change in the Telangana government, more IPS transfers were announced on Tuesday by the Congress government.

Here is the list:

Ravi Gupta IPS, Director General, ACB & DG V&E (FAC), has been transferred and posted as the Director General of Police and continues to hold full additional charge of DGP (HoPF), Telangana, Hyderabad.

Anjani Kumar IPS, DGP, who was waiting for posting, has been made the Chairman, of Road Safety Authority, Telangana, Hyderabad, relieving Ravi Gupta from FAC. The MoS is also placed in full additional charge of Commissioner, Printing and Stationary, Hyderabad.

Rajiv Ratan IPS, MD of Telangana, State Police Housing Corporation Ltd in Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as Director General Vigilance and Enforcement, Telangana, Hyderabad succeeding Ravi Gupta from full additional charge.

CV Anand IPS, DGP, who was waiting for posting, has been given the post of Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Telangana, Hyderabad.

Abhilasha Bisht IPS additional DGP, Welfare and Sports HFAC Addl DGP, Home Guards and I/coordination, has been transferred and posted as Director of RBVRR Telangana State Police Academy in Hyderabad. The MoS is placed in full additional charge of the post of Inspector General of Police, Training, Telangana, Hyderabad.

Dr Soumya Mishra IPS, Addl., DGP Personnel, Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Prisons and Correctional Services, Telangana, Hyderabad duly relieving Dr Jitender IPS, from full additional charge.

Shikha Goel IPS, Addl., DGP, Women Safety, SHE teams and Bharosa in Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as Addl., DGP, CID,Shikha Goel IPS, Addl., DGP, Women Safety, SHE teams and Bharosa in Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as Addl., DGP, CID, Telangana, Hyderabad. The MoS is placed in full additional charge of the Director, TS, Cybersecurity Bureau, Hyderabad and Addl., DGP, Technical Services. The MoS is also continued i/c Director, TS, FSL in Hyderabad.

On transfer, Mahesh M Bhagwat, IPS, Addl., DG, CID of Telangana, Hyderabad is posted as Addl., DGP, Railways and Road Safety. The MoS is also placed in FAC of Addl., DGP, Organisation and Legal.

Dr Anil Kumar, IPS, Addl., DGP, who was waiting for posting, is posted as Director General, Telangana Special Protection Force of Hyderabad duly relieving Dr Jitender, IPS, from full additional charge.

M Stephen Raveendra, IPS, who was waiting for posting is posted as IGP, Home Guards, Telangana, Hyderabad. The MoS is placed in full additional charge of Welfare & Sports after Abhilasha Bisht, IPS was transferred.

Tarun Joshi, IPS, Addl., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, is transferred and posted as IGP, Multi zone-RR in Hyderabad.

AR Srinivas, IPS, Addl., DG of RBVRR Telangana State Police Academy, Hyderabad is transferred and posted as Director of Anti-corruption Bureau, Telangana, Hyderabad.

On transfer, S Chandrasekhar Reddy, IPS, was posted as Inspector General of Police, Personnel, Telangana, Hyderabad, after Dr Soumya IPS was transferred.

M Ramesh, IPS, Inspector General of Police, (Provisioning and Logistics), Telangana, Hyderabad, given full additional charge as Director, Telangana State Police Housing Corporation of Hyderabad.

K Ramesh Naidu, IPS, DIG, Zone-III, Rajanna Sircilla is transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, CID.

V Satyanarayana, IPS, Deputy Inspector General of Police, who was waiting for posting made Joint Commissioner of Police of Hyderabad City.

On transfer, M Srinivasulu, IPS is directed to report to the office of the Director General of Police, Telangana, Hyderabad.

B Sumathi, IPS, Deputy Inspector General of Police, CID, Women Protection Cell, Telangana, Hyderabad, is transferred and posted Inspector General of Police, SIB, Intelligence in the existing vacancy.

Sharat Chandra Pawar, IPS, Deputy Director of RBVRR, Telangana State Police Academy, Hyderabad is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad City, in the existing vacancy.

VB Kamal Hasan Reddy is placed in full additional charge of Director, Prohibition and Excise.
