KCR complains of burning sensation in the lungs; undergoes diagnostic tests

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has complained of burning sensation in the lungs resulting in him undergoing a diagnostic tests at a city based hospital on Thursday afternoon.

"As the CM complained of a burning sensation in the lungs, his personal physician Dr MV Rao, Pulmonologist Dr Navneeth Sagar and Cardiologist Dr Pramod Kumar have conducted the preliminary tests and recommended that CM should undergo MRI, CT Scan and other tests at the Yashoda Hospital, Secunderabad" the office of the Chief Minister has informed.

The Chief Minister on Thursday morning attended the swearing in ceremony of Telangana High Court's firs woman Chief Justice Hima Kohli at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad. The ceremony was attended by government dignitaries and politicians.

The information about his health came post the swearing in ceremony. According to reports, K ChandraShekar Rao visited the hospital in Secunderabad at around 3.30 PM and returned home after completing a number of scans.

A medical bulletin from the hospital is awaited.
