PM Modi's mother Heeraben passes away; family asks people to resume work
The last rites were performed earlier on Friday at Gandhinagar.

Two days before, she was admitted to Ahmedabad's UN Mehta Hospital.
The last rites were performed earlier on Friday at Gandhinagar.
Modi's family has asked all BJP workers to go on with their work. The family said it would be a fitting tribute to Heeraben.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the passing away of Heeraben. The Chief Minister extended his heartfelt condolences to Prime Minister.
Telangana State Governor Dr. Tamilsai Soundarajan offered her condolences. "Heeraben gave the world a strong leader. I pray the lord to give PM Modi the strength to bear the loss," she said.
Telangana Minister for Municipal Admin & Urban Development K T Rama Rao also offered his condolences.
Telugu Desam Party President N Chandrababu Naidu tweeted: "Losing a mother is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. Condolences to PM Modi and his family on his mother's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this time of grief."
Governor of Haryana Shri Bandaru Dattatraya has expressed his deep grief at the passing away of Heeraben
Expressing his heartfelt condolences and praying for eternal peace to the departed soul, Hon'ble Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya said that Smt Heeraben Modi ji was a kind-hearted and noble soul. "The loss of the mother is irreparable and the void created can never be filled," he added.
President of AIMIM Asaduddin Owaisi also took to twitter to share his condolences
