Rastha Rokho: Kisan committee to hold protest on Warangal & Vijayawada NH on 6th Feb

Hyderabad: The All India Kisan Sangarsh Coordination Committee and opposition party in Telangana will be staging a protesting on two national highway on the 6th of February, 2020. The protest is against the farm laws introduced by the central government.

In this regard, the Rachakonda police have issued a traffic advisory ahead of the protest. The cops have alerted of possible congestion following "Rastha Rokho" on National highway 163 Warangal Road and NH 65 Vijayawada Road.

Protest will be staged at prominent places on NHs/ SHs. Traffic congestion / slow movement is expected on NH 163 Warangal Road and NH 65 Vijayawada Road in Rachakonda limits, cops said.

Advisory:

To ease the traffic and for the convenience of general public, it is advised to the general public and traffic commuters that, Traffic will be either stopped / diverted between NH 163 Warangal Road and NH 65 Vijayawada Road in Rachakonda limits. Hence,

Commuters coming from Warangal & Vijayawada side to Hyderabad city may take diversion on ORR to enter in to the various areas of Hyderabad city.

Commuters proceeding from Hyderabad to Warangal & Vijayawada side may take the alternate routes to ORR to reach their destinations, avoiding Uppal to Medipally route and LB Nagar to Abdullapurmet Route.

Commuters travelling inside the ORR should avoid their journey between 1. Uppal to Medipally Route and Vice versa. LB Nagar to Abdullapurmet Route Vice versa.

Traffic commuters may choose alternate route to reach their destinations in view of above Rastha Rokho.

All citizens are requested to take alternate route to reach their destinations and cooperate with the Traffic Police, appealed cops.
