Hyderabad: Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has set a new record after 7.67 acres of land at Raidurg, Hyderabad Knowledge City, was sold for ₹1357.59 crore.
In a latest auction, each acre of land was sold for ₹177 crore, surpassing the previous record of ₹100.75 crore per acre at Neopolis, Kokapet.
The Raidurg auction witnessed remarkable participation from leading national and regional developers, reflecting strong investor confidence in Hyderabad’s sustained economic growth, the transparency of the auction process, and Raidurg’s strategic importance as the nucleus of Hyderabad’s Knowledge City. The achievement also highlights the robust policy framework and governance under the Telangana Government.
The auction was conducted by JLL India and MSTC, serving as exclusive transaction advisors to TGIIC. Their efficient management ensured a transparent, competitive, and value-maximizing process for the state.

Telangana’s land value trajectory continues to showcase remarkable growth:
2017: Raidurg plots fetched ₹42.59 crore per acre for 2.84 acres.
2022: Neopolis, Kokapet auctions achieved up to ₹100.75 crore per acre for 3.60 acres.
2025: Raidurg has redefined the benchmark with ₹177 crore per acre—a fourfold rise since 2017.
